Concrete

Quality, innovation and variety also define our concrete products. Through our subsidiary Bamburi Special Products, we provide specialized concrete products including precast concrete and paving blocks under the brand name “Bamburi Blox’ and Ready Mix concrete under the brand name ‘BAMBURICONCRETE’ to the building and construction industry in Kenya, starting with Nairobi and its environs.

Environmental conservation

For many decades Bamburi Cement has been known for its commitment towards sustainable rehabilitation and biodiversity conservation through Lafarge Eco Systems,  its environmental arm.

Lafarge Eco Systems has transformed former quarry wastelands into rich ecosystems of diverse vegetation and wildlife, resulting in Bamburi Haller Park and Bamburi Forest Trails, some of the greatest tourist attractions at the Kenyan Coast.

Geocyle Kenya, the waste management arm of Bamburi Cement, partners with companies and utilises existing facilities at our cement plants to resolve waste disposal challenges sustainably.
