Betty Kanyagia practiced with a law firm in Nairobi before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tax and Legal Services Department as a Consultant. She joined Bamburi Cement Limtied in 2003 as the Compensation and Benefits Manager, a position she held until she took over as Company Secretary in 2007.
Betty is a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya and the Commonwealth Lawyers Associaiton.
