A trainer from Kenya Institute of Advanced Driving took them through the following:-

  • Insurance and license,
  • Sitting position for both rider and passenger.
  • Overloading and its consequences, among others.
The Athi River District Officer 1, Mr. Musalia Edebe, was the chief guest. Other guests included Traffic Police Inspector Mr. Tom Ayaro and the Projects Director, Mr. Job Oduor . The District Officer 1 applauded the company for responding to the riders’ plight and called upon other companies to emulate the same. All the participants were issued with reflector jackets and certificates of participation; these incentives simultaneously motivated the participants to adhere to the safety regulations.
