Navendor (Lead Retail app) is a web based technology platform that provides seamless transactions between Bamburi Cement and our customers. The app makes the experience of buying cement as simple, fast and as easy as possible. The functionalities of the solution are:

  • New order- where the customer can place orders
  • Track orders- Customer can view if their orders have been processed and loaded and even see live location for DDP orders
  • Payments & invoices-  Check balance , view payments, invoices  (can download invoice and statement of account)
  • Performance - Customers can track their monthly volume performance 
  • Proof of Payment- Customer can upload  any proof of payment like banking slips 
  • Promotions- Customers can view all the promotion that Bamburi is running - Binastore, Zawadi
  • Loyalty- customer can view the accumulated point for the Zawadi loyalty program
  • Product catalogue- enables customers to view all our brands, application & strength
