Bamburi M-Service is a moble based technology platform that provides seamless transactions between Bamburi and its key dealers. Bamburi mobile service attempts to make the experience of buying cement as simple, fast and as easy as possible. The functionalities of the solution are

  • Checking Balance,
  • Placing an Order,
  • Confirm delivery
  • Viewing the Price list 
  • Sending Requests for Mini Statements and Invoices and 
  • Viewing one's orders

How Do You Get Started to the New Bamburi M-service?

Simply Download the App

Follow the below easy instructions;




Access Bamburi mService App from Google Play Store on your Android phone. Launch it and this screen should appear. (see the insert, right side)


You can log in using your Customer ID or registered phone number


Once you are logged in the main menu will appear with the listed options


You have an option to select single or multiple orders


Select purchase location, then choose your desired brand


Under “Transport Method” you have options to collect the purchase or have it delivered


Enter Tonnage and..., Review your order before submitting


Select Purchase Location, Select multiple products, Enter Tonnage for selected products, Followed by delivery options, Review and  Submit Order
