GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Mohit Kapoor was appointed as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2023, subject to regulatory approvals. Mr. Kapoor, has a proven track record of driving consistent business growth and maximizing value through sustainable cost and operational efficiencies.
He has over 16 years of corporate leadership experience, having held several high level leadership positions within the Holcim Group, including as Readymix Qatar LLC & Aljabor Cement Limited's Country CEO in Doha, Qatar, Holcim India's Head of Growth and Innovation, Lafarge India's Managing Director of Readymix Projects, and Health & Safety Vice President - APAC. He has a Master's degree in Marketing from India's FORE School of Management, a Supply Chain Management qualification from IIM-Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
